Gavi, who featured in Barcelona’s thrilling 5-4 win at Benfica in January, has been on the bench in Barca's last two league games, but missed a training session due to illness.

The 20-year-old has played 24 games this season, registering two goals and three assists since returning from an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury.

"At this stage, there are no easy games. Every team deserves to be here. Benfica are a fantastic team, the atmosphere is very special there, and they keep pushing," Flick said.
"Benfica play with confidence, and it's very difficult to defend this, but we have a plan, and we are well-prepared."
